Business Solutions Analyst 

Looking for talented Business Solutions Analyst who will be working with one of the leading technology providers in the US. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team. Position Summary This Business Solution Analyst will collaborate with Order Management and Product teams to understand and support their strategic priorities. This person is required to have strong order management system experience and be able to analyze complex business problems and procedures and deliver solutions that meet business requirements. While the candidate in this position is required to have strong CRM/SOW, CLM and ECC/SD subject matter expertise, they must also have experience with integrating non-SAP systems and SaaS providers. The candidate will play a key role in the transformation Quote to Cash processes and systems. It is important that this person is able to provide insights and expertise in best case business practice in the area of order management. They may be required to lead cross functional teams and help mentor junior analysts. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, think creatively, think end-to-- end, embrace change, and self- driven and able to work with ambiguous requirements with little or no guidance. What you’ll do Work on Application Assessment and Requirements activities for projects • Assist business stakeholders in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy • Create complex conceptual designs (including application interfaces and interactions) and deliver functional requirement document • Document Design decisions and Configuration and Development rationale. • Evaluate, prototype, and implement solutions to meet the contracting needs of Enterprise and Commercial customers. • Identify and monitor interdependencies between integrated application components and systems. • Contribute to application design and architecture activities. What you need to succeed Requires bachelor’s degree. • 7 + years of ERP and SaaS application related experience 5+ years of experience supporting CLM, Sales and Order Management business functions. • Understanding of integration points with SAP SD, FSCM, AR, CC, CI/CA, BW, HANA is desired. • Ability to communicate effectively and experience in documenting requirements and specifications is essential. • Ability to plan and manage work independently to deliver on the agreed milestones for the project. • Ability to operate in an agile delivery framework. • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage cross functional relationships.
